Why Does My Store Feel Chaotic?
When the business feels busy-but-messy, it's usually not the amount of work. It's where the work keeps landing — and what's only kept in your head.
Sometimes the problem isn't how much work there is. It's that the work keeps landing on you in little pieces:

- typing the same reply again

And what the business pays for: search your email for "receipt", "invoice", "renewal" and "subscription" (names only — never passwords). 1. Find the three things eating the most of my time. For each, tell me if it's best fixed by writing something down once, a setting or tool I probably already have, or handing it to someone else.
2. From my list, put the ones that would hurt most if they stopped working at the top. Flag anything doubled up or not needed. Give me a one-page list with a renewal date column and a "who owns it" column.
3. Start with the quickest fix and walk me through it.
Keep it small and realistic for a one- or two-person business. If you need more detail, ask me — don't guess.
