These policies apply to all Miallies products, including AI-CAN.

1. Subscriptions & Billing

AI-CAN is billed on a monthly subscription basis.

  • Payments are charged in advance at the start of each billing cycle
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • Pricing is based on your selected plan

By subscribing, you agree to recurring monthly charges.

2. No Refunds

All payments are non-refundable.

Once a billing cycle has started, that month is considered used and cannot be refunded, regardless of:

  • Level of usage
  • Non-usage
  • Early cancellation

AI-CAN is provided with a working demo prior to purchase so you can evaluate if it fits your needs.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Cancellation stops future billing
  • Your access continues until the end of the current billing period

No partial refunds or pro-rata adjustments are provided.

4. Plan Changes

  • Upgrades take effect immediately
  • Downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle

5. What AI-CAN Does

AI-CAN is designed to assist with customer communication and operational support. It helps reduce repetitive work and day-to-day interruptions.

AI-CAN does not:

  • Guarantee revenue or business outcomes
  • Replace human oversight
  • Act as a legal, compliance, or financial system

You remain responsible for decisions made in your business.

6. Recommendations & Implementation

AI-CAN may provide insights and recommendations based on customer interactions. These are intended to support decision-making and highlight opportunities for improvement.

Implementation is not included in the standard subscription.

  • You are responsible for reviewing and prioritising recommendations
  • Any implementation work must be agreed separately
  • Additional fees may apply
  • No changes will be made to your systems or processes without your approval

Where appropriate, we may highlight high-impact improvements based on usage.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AI-CAN for:

  • Illegal activity
  • Fraud, spam, or harassment
  • Misleading or deceptive communication

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Downtime may occur due to:

  • Maintenance
  • Updates
  • Third-party service issues

9. Data & Responsibility

AI-CAN processes customer interactions to deliver its service.

  • We do not sell your data
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any data provided
  • You remain responsible for how AI-generated responses are used in your business

10. Changes to Service

Miallies may update or improve AI-CAN over time. Features and functionality may change as the product evolves.

11. Support & Fixes

If something is not working as expected, we will investigate and fix issues within the scope of the product.

This does not include:

  • Custom development
  • Workflow changes
  • Business-specific implementation

These can be discussed separately if needed.
